What is the weirdest Christmas gift ever given?

Did you ever receive or know of a gift that was over the top strange? What is the weirdest gift ever received and why? A friend one year received a strange wind up toy it was a snowman and santa. Although it was meant to be cute the sounds it made were um.... highly inappropriate lol - it was obviously made wrong or something went horribly wrong in the recording/translation wink.

Oh my, do I have a weird one. I once saw a (grown) son give his mother a portable toilet, like a port a potty, for Christmas! Complete with the companion rapid dissolve toilet paper! She was, to say the least, flabbergasted. She took it as an insult and was quite unhappy with him. He thought it hilarious! Weird.

That's not funny! But this Christmas I gave my son a bidet attachment for his toilet because he wanted one. Needless to say when he opened the gift at our family gathering, he quickly set it aside.

I had a co-worker years back who used to get me a six pack of SPAM every year because I would constantly quote the Monty Python "Spam, spam, spam, spam..." sketch. It was funny for the first year or two but the SPAM kept coming year after year until she finally retired. I was too nice to tell her that the joke had gotten old a long time ago. Haha

I received a toy car one year too.  A male friend of ours gave it to me and said it was the only sports car he could afford. I never wanted a sports car period, but ok smile

Loved FatFreddysCat's spam story. It reminded me of a gift years ago during my single days. I had started dating an art teacher in November, so we had been seeing each other only about a month. He came over one even with my Christmas gift all nicely wrapped -- a quart of dill pickles. I don't remember what I gave him, but needless to say, the relationship never quite jelled.

I have a little green celluloid pig that my Mom gave me when I was a small child. She said a boy had a crush on her in high school and gave it to her for Christmas. She was so insulted that it killed all chances of her going out with him.

Dill pickles? Were they at least homemade? lol oh my, yeah that's a strange choice.

No, they were not home made. i could have forgiven him if they had been his mama's home canned.
