Who are the "We" and "Our" that Jesus Christ spoke about in John 3:11?

John 3:11 (NKJV) states: 11 Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen, and you do not receive Our witness. So, who are the We and Our in this verse?

We have several choices per John Gil:

John the Baptist and Jesus together has they spoke the same doctrine
Jesus and His disciples for the same reason
The Old Testament Prophets and Jesus for the same reason
Jesus and His Father and the Holy Spirit as The Trinity (3 persons in One)

My current take on this is that Jesus was speaking of himself and of the prophets who came before. As a group, they were representatives of God bringing His wisdom. As a group, they taught what Christ was talking about, but people did not understand. They took the words too literally and missed the spirit of the message (2 Cor. 3:6).
