If you are above 60 years old, would you consider a day alive is a bonus?
I don't see 60 as old. I believe that we have a great deal of control over how we live our years and many can make it to 60 quite well. That being said, when we reach an age such as 80, then would a day alive after that be a bonus? To some, it may be! I like to consider ANY day alive a BONUS! I try my best to be as healthy as possible, but also know I can get hit by a car tomorrow. I will be 34 years old in a few months and I am incredibly GRATEFUL for just that!
Age is a number to me 60 i snot old it is all about how energetic you are how active you can be a on daily basis if you let yourself be that way thinking about age then you will feel it more. Appreciate each day with fulfillment.
As my brother told me "don't die before you are dead!". We need to live each day as if it is our last. Tomorrow is promised to no one.
