   How can I determine what might be causing daily headaches?
   
   Not sure if it is sinus issue, dental, or other.... don't want to spend $$$ going to see each different specialist....

   Headaches could be due to food sensitivities.  You can try an "elimination diet" (Google this term) to determine which foods.  You don't need a doctor or expensive test to run an elimination diet.    Gluten and dairy sensitives are linked to chronic headaches.

   Big question - are you well hydrated? Women are prone to chronic dehydration that can cause headaches.  Are they migraines? or just headaches? If they are in the sinus regions (bridge of nose, forehead above eyes etc) this could be a sinus issue and you can often solve that with a saline wash or neti pot - it cleanses the sinuses naturally without medications - I swear by it during pollen season.   Another likely scenario is that something you are eating or ingesting is triggering this.  Keep a food diary for awhile and log everything you eat.  You can try eliminating a suspected trigger (artificial sweeteners were mine) common triggers are wheat, dairy and artificial chemicals like dyes, preservatives etc.  It can be hard to pinpoint what it is, but if you eliminate something and don't have headaches for several days, then reintroduce it and symptoms reappear - it's a pretty good indicator.
   
   Another common problem is if you take headache medicine like ibuprofen often, it can cause "rebound" headaches, which make you take more, which cause more headaches etc.

   I discovered that my headaches and migraines were triggered by gluten and soy.  Since avoiding those two ingredients, I have not had to take any medication at all.  I also stopped becoming dizzy and feeling unwell.

   Have you considered getting your eyes checked? I was in such denial that I didn't need glasses, but I noticed I was getting frequent headaches and had  my eyes checked. It was such a relief not only to be able to see again, but not have the headache! Also, try seeing a chiropractor. They work wonders without a prescription! Also, I tend to notice that if I eat too much salty food and not getting enough rest will give me terrible headaches. I used to suffer with migraines when I was younger. They were so bad that the only thing that would help was sleep. The doctor's recommended staying away from any kind of processed and salty food.
