   If you could have a one cash-crop produce farm, what would you raise?
   
   For me, it would have to be pumpkins because I love foods made with pumpkins, pumpkin juice and jack o'lanterns. How about you, what would you grow and why?

   If I bothered to go to all the hard work of making a crop it would be saffron. Then I'd prepare it and sell it and make zillions.

   I'd have a Maple Farm, or Sugar Bush as we call them here in Canada. A lot of acres of mature maple tree's and I'd tap as many of them as I could to produce maple syrup... Canada makes 80% of the world's maple syrup.. that stuff is liquid gold. It's so delicious on everything and it's expensive to buy (about $20 for a litre) so I'd be able to make a killing...
   
   Only problem, the sap in maple tree's only runs for a short amount of time each year (in the early Spring, usually around Easter) and it the harvesting time is only about a month each year... But if you had a really good year, you'd be able to spend the rest of the 11 months doing anything else you wanted to.

   I would have to say beanstalks. There would have to be a pot of gold at the  top of at least one of them. That would be my 'cash-crop'.
