What does this dream about Hubpages mean?
In the dream I'm about to answer something in the Questions section when I feel someone tap my shoulder. I turn around and Bob Barker is standing there -microphone in hand- and asks if I want to take door #1 or door #3. I ask Bob where door #2 is and he says "its in your desk drawer". I open the drawer and Bruce Campbell pulls himself out. He is dressed in a bikini and holds a key to a new car. I say Bruce, you've got a bikini on! Bruce says yes, because "the movie reviewer dissed my recipe for chest hair cake on HP's". I hand him tissue gum, which he chews & blows into the shape of a panda.
1) Were you about to answer something but were afraid of how it might be accepted? I saw that you were chosen as best answer the other day for a question.
2) Are you writing a Hub about a recipe, (animal, etc.) which you are unsure about or are having second thoughts about?
The dream may be your subconscious telling you to go ahead (forward) with it. Look at Bruce Campbell. He wore a bikini after being criticized for his article - on HP
Hm, interesting possibilities. Right now I am not thinking about any Hub, as I am in the middle of writing a novel. And yeah, the bikini -and the panda, too- particularly have me in a quandary.
(I mentioned about the bikini.) The panda may represent a four legged, or two legged, animal - live, animated, cartoon. The panda may also represent something in B&W. Blown in the gum it may also be a balloon.
You know, I am wondering if the panda has anything to do with the Panda ad-stuff? I don't know much about Panda, just read folks talk about it here. Could be something, you think?
Google Panda had something to do with Google's change in search results. It does not sound like it is related to your dream.
It may be just a part of the dream which is for show and means nothing.
That's some good stuff from Examiner-1. Here's my take, Beth. You need a two-week vacation from Hp and your novel to go lay on an Australian white-sand beach and Panda sight-see.
You are carrying a lot of burdens and stress. You have some questions and/or doubts about the future and need some sort of release. You are holding back. You need to be more assertive and go after the dream.
The three doors are your options as to where you can go with your life. you choose the drawer, which by no mistake is the missing door #2, because this is something that you have deep within you that you need to release and you are now ready.
I don't know who Bruce Campbell is, but something about his character is what you are seeking deep within. The keys he is giving you is for your new path in life (keys to the future). His recipe, is actually your recipe for success - you need to be more confident and not take on everything yourself.

Well I finally had my first Post-Panda incident with disabled ads. I'm guessing it's because there is a picture of a girl in a (gasp!) bikini on it. I e-mailed the Team to see what is wrong for sure, so I'll wait for their reply. I cant post a link to said Hub because that would be promoting. But...

I was making a hub about something and it was a really good idea ... only I can't remember what the heck it was about! I can't believe that I'm now dreaming of HP, though. I think I'm spending too much time here.Has anyone else had a dream involving a hub or HP?

Okay, there is a lot of controversy out there and some pretty exciting things have happened in hubpages. If you were in charge, what would your forum rules be? What would you change about hubpages itself? My biggest thing with the hubs, obviously, is the lack of free reign. I would love that. In...
