I was a young girl in gradeschool. One night I dreamed I was with two friends, and we were just going out for a walk. We happened to end up walking on a race track. A man on crutches came up from behind, but he moved so fast that he caught up with us. With his crutch, he tapped one of the girls in the leg. He didn't hit her, he just tapped her but I could hear the knocking and it was just so eerie and I woke up scared.

A man so handsome but with a frightful eyes and devil smile walking near and I uttered a prayer but He knows it and continued it. When he is about so close I called ; Jesus, Jesus, Jesus! and then a tiny flame sprout on the floor behind the man and walked away.

Not the worst nightmare but I already had this one written on DreamMoods.

Zombies & Striaghten Up & Fly Right: Lucid Nightmare

I've recently moved and during the transition I had this anxiety dream ofabout being homeless. This is also a repetitive dream that I had previously from a l-o-n-g time ago. It seems that all my dreams are reruns - I just remember them on the nth time dreaming them. When I was traveling - I wanted to start anew with better habits and was worried I would just gravitate to the same addicts and drunks that I always do. It seems that no matter where I go - there I am - the same person just in a different location. I wrote the following after waking up at 4am.

I was flying like a huge bird but had to flap hard. Each upward life of 'wings' brought me down. Sometimes I didn't have wings but flapped a cloth 'parachute' in each hand to stay aloft. I was still aloft but barely out of touch of the zombies who tried to catch me.

At the first massive die-off of human beings turning into zombies, I was able to easily escape. Eventually, I am the omega human being and all the zombies, (not slow!), were geared towards eliminating me.

I flew to the mountains & recluse hermit for a long time. Then the leader of the zombies invited me for a 1 year anniversary celebration of the day of the zombie - a one day truce.

I've must've been very lonely and with poor judgement went to the zombie house party. Got drunk and couldn't fly right. During the parade a huge long line of 60 foot tether to balloons was released from a sheath that kept it from tangling. It was released to ensnare me. I flew into the pine boughs to escape. Then I was inside the zombie house and bird-net snares were set-up everywhere to catch me.

    Woke up then.

The worst nightmare I had? It's like you're kidding. I mean, I've lived in a nightmare world. Ya know, with people killing people they claim to hate because they're told to hate.

Trying to adapt to that world, I dreamed I was being attacked. And I got out of bed--awake and knowing I was awake--and saw the blood shooting out of my veins and splatting on the wall. I yelled and ran into the other room and kinda busted out of the dream state.

The worst nightmare I ever had was in black and white like ashes.  I was in the south of the States and it was the end of the world.  It was only me and  my dad. He was in a room beside me in a single bed also.  There was no hope at all. There was no sun or light.  Then in an instant the fault line of an earthquake ripped thru the bed I was laying in of my dream.  I saw Jesus Christ at the right hand of God and it was God's hand that did this thing.  The last thing I remember thinking or maybe saying was ", but you didn't even tell me!" The jolt hit me so hard that my body flew upward in my bed in real life awaking me.
