   I deal with "drama" by not being part of it. I have enough of my own life issues without dealing with any one else's drama. I will immediately end any association with anyone who has a lot of drama. If they are a close friend and suddenly seem to get involved with a lot of drama I will assess it and offer advice to get out of it. If they choose to stay involved with it I will limit how often I see them. My "best" friend thrives off of drama. It makes her world go round. When I met her she was 16 and I was 18. We have been friends ever since, but I only talk to her via facebook and maybe once or twice a year. I'm not letting anyone make my life more stressful intentionally!

   Everyone always goes on and on about how much they hate drama, but they really only hate drama when they're a part of it. It's part of our nature. Otherwise we wouldn't enjoy books and movies as much as we do.
   
   I don't like to participate or even comment on it, but you better believe I'll get out the popcorn when stuff starts to go down.

   The best relationships are "drama free".
   However if you're paying $10 to see a movie there had better be some drama!
   In our own lives we'd prefer not to be on an emotional roller coaster. Stability gives us emotional security.

   Great question....When the situation arises and " drama " seems too overwhelming, I escape in my mind and treat it like a bad TV sitcom and I reach for the remote and turn it OFF....
   Although there are times when it presents great subject matter for a poem or article...
