    What is your favorite Prayer or Mantra?

    Example:
    God grant me the serenity
    to accept the things I cannot change;
    courage to change the things I can;
    and wisdom to know the difference.

    Living one day at a time;
    Enjoying one moment at a time;
    Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
    Taking, as He did, this sinful world
    as it is, not as I would have it;
    Trusting that He will make all things right
    if I surrender to His Will;
    That I may be reasonably happy in this life
    and supremely happy with Him
    Forever in the next.
    Amen.

    If I may? I would like to mention the Liturgy of the Hours, a compilation of many. It is what Catholic Priests, Nuns and certain laity read. As do Carmelite Laity. It is a fascinating book that is quite ancient...

    I often ask myself, "Where is my focus right now?"  Our thoughts are so powerful!  My mantra is to focus on truth. One of my favorite passages in the Bible that helps re-focus my thoughts is Philippians 4:6-8 (I am typing this from memory, so it may not be exactly word for word): Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything with thanksgiving, present your requests to God and the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.  Finally, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable, if there is anything excellent or praiseworthy think about such things.

      That's a great Affirmation!
      One of my favorite affirmation comes from Bob Proctor,
      "I am so happy and grateful that money comes to me in increasing quantities through multiple sources on a continuous basis."
