I'm not a young person anymore, but I once was young and I am around younger people these days so I can try to approach this question with some authority.  The most is fear, fear of self and capability, parents, discipline, and righting from wrong.  It's a self-conscious issue if you ask me.  These are some of the concerns that young people should have if they ever going to face up to reality.

The main thing for young people to be very careful of in today's society, in my opinion would be to not end up brainwashed like 99.999% of the adults..In my opinion to be your real self is more important than a million quid, & doing things you love is far better for your physical & mental health & soul than doing something else for more money..In my opinion from what I've worked out as a 42 yr old guy living in the UK, we're down here on a love finding mission & to get in full control of our emotions feelings & mind..To build a real self in full control of our emotions & mind, not a none self tele addicted celebrity worshipping "character", like 99.999% of the people around today..So my advice to any young person or indeed any person no matter how old, is to follow no one at all but just follow your heart..Other people, the T.V, celebrities, newspapers, politicians, big business etc will all try to brainwash the young people, into becoming a brainwashed workaholic shopperholic do what your government tells you none self robot who has no control of their emotions or mind....So any young person out there who's about to make a big decision in their life should always think carefully about why their doing what their about to do, are they doing it because it's what they truly want in their heart their real self, or are they doing it because of peer pressure or to make their "character" their none self look good to other people..If they use logic before making any big decision they shouldn't go far wrong, but can they use logic or do they act using just their emotions & their programming that's been done by other people in their past?. :-)
