Have you ever heard of oil pulling? I would highly recommend it. I do it daily with coconut oil and have no problems with my gums receding or bleeding anymore. I know that isn't what you asked, but as someone who's had problems with gingivitis and bad/sensitive gums/teeth I thought I would offer it up as a possible something to add to this line of treatment. 1. Brush your teeth twice daily with fluoride toothpaste.
2. Floss once daily
3. Visit your dentist for professional cleaning. Dental calculus that causes periodontal disease, cant be removed by tooth brush or mouthwash.
