   God is going to revamp the entire earth after Jesus returns for His people and defeats Satan.  The entire planet will be remodeled.

   Very true the Earth is going to be as an example under New Management,  new Staff , that includes a New Citizenship

      That scripture you gave and the surrounding verses does not support
      What you claim , we live on earth from being the offsprings. Of Adam and Eve, earth is real  trees are real , .the scripture you mention has to do with God's location in heaven.

   This earth, during the 7 millenniums between this civilization and the "new heaven and a new earth" civilization, will rejuvenate itself to where it doesn't look like man has ever produced anything on this earth nor put anything in space above earth is what that phase means.
