I don't have social media accounts. How would I promote my Hubs.
You can share your hubs over here on HP. But it's recommended that you join Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter and Google+. They're all free. If you have your own blog, website or domain, you can promote it from there. This is mentioned at the Learning Center.
Thank you. Few people have mentioned Learning Center. I am going to go see what it is about.
Not to worry, if you don't want to create a social account to promote. Instead, you may upload YouTube videos. You get more traffic from there. Most of the population browse Youtube as they get more clarity than from web. Information might be same or more in Web but people find it interesting to watch video and learn.
So try writing hubs on which you can create videos. That would help you get more traffic.
Not worth it. Hubpages is in decline. Their ridiculous policies have driven a lot of people away.
You have been here for two days. Where are you getting this information that it is in decline.
This profile is new, yes. But I joined here years ago under a different name and had hubs and followers. So, I've seen the decline in participation here.
Do you have an alternative that you frequent now.
If you don't have social media accounts, get some. Otherwise, you're standing on the side of the road waving a sign that sez "YO! CHECK ME OUT!" while cars whizz past you without looking.
I realize that. I just wanted to know if there are alternatives.

After death, would you prefer to preserve or delete your social media accounts? This is a personal choice that we should all discuss with family members. Some people choose to preserve and some prefer to delete. I'm still undecided, which is why I'm asking this question. I have Facebook and Twitter...

Squidoo had quite a few social media accounts to support their various programs and magazine pages. I would like to see those accounts continue, to support the content on HubPages. For example, a lot of my vegan recipes were posted to GoodVeg magazine, which has both a Facebook and a Twitter...

Squidoo had an active presence on social media. What will happen to all those accounts now?I'm particularly interested in the FB pages associated with the magazines. Why Vegetarian, which has over 27,000 followers, used to be a good source of traffic to vegan and vegetarian lenses. So Crafty has...

I've just reached a landmark of 100 followers (yay, me!), which might not seem like much, but it's built up pretty slowly over time, and I've made sure to interact with everyone I'm following regularly (106 now), checking out new hubs, etc. It made me consider an interesting question:How do...
