If I do some quick maths it looks like I've been publishing a hub every 4-5 days in the 2 months I've been here. I think that trying to keep up this pace might result in a burn out, so I might aim for a hub every 7-10 days.
So that would be me aiming for any number between 36-52.
that's a pretty decent amount, wish you well
Well Clive, I have published 243 hubs so far, and my New Years resolution was to make that 300 by the end of 2016. That would mean another 57..a tall order but I have published three so far this year so it's a good start (if I can keep that pace up).
well, john, i look forward to reading those hubs.
That's a good question, Clive. I'd love to hit an even 90 this year so I need to get to writing 8 hubs. I could probably do it if 2016 is not as difficult as 2015. I had a lot of family loss, crises, obligations that kept me from participating at HP, especially the last few months. Prayers up for a more productive year!
It would be great for me to publish 9 Hubs and get them featured so I could finally sign up for earning program. It may sound ridiculously easy but I struggle with writing and I'm as slow as a turtle. Having English as a second language and lack of free time really slow me down. But I enjoy it!
What about you?
i hope you achieve that goal. It just takes time and more practice. As for me, i plan to write at least 90 hubs. A extremely tall task given my time restrain.
(shrugs) Dunno. I don't plan such things. I post new stuff when I feel like posting new stuff.
I'm a hopeless planner so don't have any set goals with regards to number of hubs. If I did plan in advance and work towards deadlines and such I'd probably put myself under too much pressure and produce low quality hubs which would undermine morale.
If I can keep up my average over the 3 years I've been with HP I'll be happy - around 42 a year - which is approximately 3-4 a month. All are currently featured and traffic is looking good for the near future.
I wish you well in your planning be it chaotic (like mine) or disciplined!
i am a little mix of both, chaotic and disciplined
My goal is 24. That is two a month. My intent after a somewhat long hiatus from writing, although active here at HP, is to just get off my duff and write Hubs. . . something . . . anything while enjoying writing itself. So, perhaps that number will grow larger. I hope so.
Zero. I moved almost all my hubs to my own sites, where they make more money. The ones that remain are all I plan to keep here for the moment.
wow, making more money? I move a couple hubs but not making much, maybe its just me my crappy content

Am I losing money from my writing here on Hubpages?Although my hubs have been badly hit by another Panda or a Penguin update and the earnings from my Hubs are at their lowest in a few years, I cannot say in all honesty that I am losing any money what so ever.I may be earning less now than I have in...

How well do poems and short stories do on HP?I noticed a while back somewhere that HP staff had mentioned that creative writing such as poems and short stories don't do as well as informational pieces. I'm curious to know about the earnings of some of the people who publish a lot of these. Do you...

I'm just curious to know how other people have done. Right now, my record is a very prestigious 2! I'm sure I'll do better in the future though (I hope!).
