Is Trump making promises he can not keep?

Trump is making a lot of promises and may not have any idea how to fulfill them. Is he getting in over his head?

I don't know... but that is what is so interesting about him, is that I feel he will try.  When Obama promised to unite, to build new bridges and roads, etc. etc.  and one of the first things he does once in office is shut down a bunch of NASA programs and put tens of thousands of people out of work during a recession... I knew it was going to be a long 4 then 8 years of total dismantling of America's betterment wherever he could.
And few people have any real clue what has been passed under his Administration like the WTO and TPP.
The World Trade Organization delivers many blows against U.S. sovereignty, the Trans-Pacific Partnership added more international judicial attacks against American liberty and independence.

A WTO appellate tribunal that declared a U.S. federal law illegal should have caused giant shock waves across America and should have sunk any hopes of congressional passage of the TPP, which, twinned with the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), forms the centerpiece of the ObamaTrade globalist agenda.

As a nation we are TOTALLY screwed.  Four years of Clinton will cement all that has been done the past 8 and 25 years.  And America as we know it will cease to exist, our rights as we know them will quickly be encroached upon and stripped, and in less than ten years we will be dealing with issues far worse than what Greece contends with today.

All that you can put in stone.  It's not a guess, or a probability, its a certainty.

Trump is saying he will change that... and he says it in as simple terms as he can, he mentions NAFTA, TPP, China, the illegals because collectively combined with the Trillions in debt we have amounted... these things spell America's doom if they are left unchecked.

You don't have to like Trump, but he is America's only hope, not one other person running is going to attempt to stop what has been done to erode our Nation and our Nationalism.

Why should that ? be limited, or targeted to Trump. The other candidates have public records in office, why don't we ask that their promises were satisfied, before we look at their current promises.

EVERY presidential candidate in history has made promises they can not keep. It is the norm. So I am not sure why we use these promises as a reason to vote.
Anyone who uses the promises as a basis for why to vote for the candidate is ignoring history.

Annsalo....Precisely!  Your answer is one hell of a spot-on response!  Absolute truth & reality!  Sad, disappointing but totally ACCURATE.

True enough, so why would anyone vote for a politician like Clinton, when they know when she gets in office she is just going to continue doing the very things that hurt our economy and darken our future just like she and all others have been doing?

I guess for the same reason ppl will vote for Trump. They are delusional enough to think the candidates are actually going to be able to follow through on their word.

The difference between politicians and Trump, is politicians have a lifetime of telling people what they want to hear on the topics of the time, and Trump is a 'citizen' used to making things happen who is not beholden to the establishment...

I'll agree to disagree because there is not a word of your statement which I agree with. You are entitled to your opinion, but remember big bosses spend their careers telling their employees whatever they want to hear to get the job done.
