   Can Obama pardon the Clinton Foundation?
   
   Or would he just have to individually pardon Bill, Hillary and Chelsea?

   I am no expert but I doubt he could.
   
   The Clinton Foundation is a "thing" and I think he can only pardon a "person."
   
   Far too many people involved in the Clinton Foundation for him to pardon them all.  But I'm just guessing.

   The Clinton Foundation cannot be charged, prosecuted and convicted, so it cannot be pardoned. Only individuals can be pardoned.
   
   If irregularities are found, the foundation could lose its status as a charity, which would prevent it from raising money.
   
   Individuals within the organization could be charged, if they have broken laws, and there's enough evidence to warrant charges. If and when they are charged, prosecuted, and convicted, then whoever is President might be able to pardon them---but these things take years to work their way through the legal system, so it's possible that whoever is elected in 2020 would have that choice to make. It's unlikely that would happen, given the political ramifications.

      The foundation can not be charged but the clintons can be charged with violation of the laws governing foundations.

   The Clinton Foundation needs to be shut down or minimum loose it's tax exempt status. It was not a charity organization in the traditional sense. No need to investigate and charges of criminal activity. The donations will stop and it will die because it did not provide any help to anyone except the Clintons.

      I'm wondering how those multi million $ Arab donors & the rest are going to react to the fact they bought a pig in a poke for donations and expensive speeches. Be interesting to see if the Clintons can even get paid anything to speak now.

      There will always be progressive companies such as google and Facebook willing to pay the Clinton's for these speeches... They are her benefactors by choice.

      No favors no money is the rule that will apply.  The Clinton Foundation could now die a natural death.  Of course that would be after the Clinton's drain it dry.

   You can't pardon an organization, only people. And given the sheer amount of money illegally funneled through the fake charity for the personal benefit of the Clintons and use of the charity to launder bribes, no, it won't have all the members pardoned because the IRS wants its money.
   Yes the IRS was used politically by the Clintons and Obama administrations to leak personal information and audit political rivals and critics, but too many agents will fight back if told "go after waitresses for underreporting tips but ignore 500 million in bribes".

      That is sure the truth and will be the downfall of this once great nation. Such a shame more cannot see it & this is definitely the best answer comparing what the government is so busy slapping at instead of really punishing for. Hope Trump gets
