If you suddenly became a billionaire in a week, what are some specific things you would do?
What would you do with all that money?
I would definitely preserve, invest, and exchange in the rise of e-commerce and apps that change lives....then I would build a long term relationship with financial bankers who guarantee a positive interest rate every year and are authorized to credit me mass amounts of credit to match my real estate assets. I would use the credit to build up my own credibility in e-commerce marketing. Of course I will always have an offer one can NOT refuse in the business.
That sounds like a good plan. Thanks for sharing.
I've always led a very modest lifestyle, and I don't see that changing, even if I came into that kind of money. I'd pay off my mortgage, and the few outstanding bills I have, and ensure I have enough securely invested to support me for the rest of my life.
Then, I'd start setting up endowments. For example, I have a friend who has an animal rescue, and I'd love to see her never have to worry about having to close her doors again.
Mostly, I'd use the money for good. I don't need to live a lavish billionaire lifestyle. I'd rather see that money to towards making other people's lives better.
That's absolutely great. I agree to use the money to help others and make their lives better. Thanks for sharing.
First of all, I would found some nice plot near the forest and make my family a nice small house that we are searching for right now. I want my kids to be outside most of the time, playing with 'toys' found in nature, running, climbing. And my big wish is to have a big garden. So I would do that first. And then, hm, well, I don't need anymore, I think I would help the rest of my family and friends to make their dreams come true. And yes, we would go for some traveling as well
That's great, Ksenija. I am glad you know what you want. Thanks for sharing.
I would have a look at how many I need for myself, just a few million and give the rest away to my friends.
The problem with so much money in one go is that your relationships with friends can change. To keep your friends and stay at the same level you have to act tactful. I've a lot of friends who need some money, not much, 50.000 would be a life changer. Imagine a billion, that's a 1000 million.
Lets say I keep half of it. that's 500 million!! So I still have 500 million to give away. or 1000 x 500.000. I can make a 1000 friends and family happy. And still have 500 million to promote
artists and culture. Because that's what I love and my interests are.
You are absolutely right. That is some good insight. Thanks for sharing.
I would very quickly and quietly become INVISIBLE. Go ahead, I dare you...just TRY to find me!! LOL
That's good idea. I might try the same thing if I became a billionaire.
I would first donate 10 percent of what I have to my church. Secondly, I would pay off any outstanding debt that I may have (mortgage, car note, credit card bills, etc). I would give my 2 children a portion. Whatever I have left would go for investments.
That sounds like a great plan. Thanks for sharing.

Do you think having a lot of money changes people? Would it change you?Jared, of Subway fame, is on his way to jail for dealing in child abuse of various types. I have to wonder if this would have happened if he had just stayed fat and poor. Maybe he was always a pervert and hid...

1) Their governments are heavily influenced by multibillionaires.2) Those billionaires hide their assets and underpay taxes.3) Both governments spend more than than receive anyway to appease the lower classes.4) Both countries are heavily in debt.Agree or disagree?

Is an ambition of being just a millionaire enough in today’s world? Or one should thing about becoming a billionaire?
