AG Barr has Appointed a Federal Prosecutor to Investigate Origin of Russia Probe. What will he find?
“Attorney General William Barr has reportedly assigned a federal prosecutor in Connecticut to examine the origins of the investigation into Russia's election interference and alleged ties between the Trump campaign and Moscow.”
The New York Times, citing two people familiar with the matter, reported on Monday night that John H. Durham, the U.S. attorney in Connecticut, had been tapped by Barr to look into the probe's inception. The newspaper reported the inquiry is the third publicly known investigation focused on the FBI's counterintelligence probe of the Trump campaign.”

I really hope this is NOT the case, but I have a feeling that it may be found that many things were done that were illegal...If that happens, it is going to give certain folks and agencies a serious black eye.
Either way, I hope that action is taken if it is required.
This may have a negative effect on a particular political party...and may even create a bigger problem...
If by chance it turns outs that the Russian Investigation was conducted under false or illegal pretenses, it is going to give a huge boost to Trump and pretty much ensure him a second term...
I agree. I believe the citizens of our country deserve to know the truth behind it. This appears to be an illegal attempt to take down an elected president. It could be the first time something like this has happened in our country.
If it is shown that the probe had an illegal element, I'm not certain it would matter to those on the left.
Truth, today, appears to be what many want to believe. Often times it is sworn to be the opposite of the conclusions adherence to fact would lead one to.
What do they say? Something to the effect they believe it is better to feel morally right than be factually correct.
I believe those on the left would use their creative imaginations to create a way the false investigation was the fault of President Donald Trump. These people believe they are blameless.

President Trump has stated that he found out former President Obama wiretapped him and has evidence to prove it. He has called for Congress to investigate.Question: Why would President Trump ask Congress to investigate when he already has the evidence to prove his claim?
