Trouble setting up Adsense account

   I applied for my adsense account weeks ago.  After a couple of days, an affiliate code appeared and my status says "active".  But whenever I clicked on the link for adsense reports, it said my account was still being set up.  Now, I have a message on my account that says,
   "Valuable Inventory: No content
   As stated in our Program policies, we may not show Google ads on pages or apps with little to no value and/or excessive advertising until changes are made. This includes hosted ad pages or pages or apps without content."
   
   I found an old forum post that advised going into my account and looking for the policy center to see which of my articles is a problem.  I cannot click on my account, it is greyed out.  I can't appear to do anything until I check a box confirming that I've fixed the violations.  I have no idea what the violations are.  Help??

      You should go ahead and check the confirmation box that the violations have been fixed. When AdSense serves a 'no content' warning to an account, it is usually a false positive or broken YouTube video. When AdSense allows you to see the article with the violation, send a link to team@hubpages.com and I will review it.

         Ugh!  I checked the box and have waited more than a week for something to change.  Now it says the site is down, or was down when they tried to look at it.  I checked the link to make sure it was active and then checked the box to certify that the problem is fixed.  Now back to waiting....

   Have you added all the network sites that your articles appear on to your Adsense account?
   
   If you can't access it now, try contacting the team@hubpages.com for advice.

      I checked ads.txt for the network sites my articles appear on and they all have my publisher ID. 
      
      When I go to Adsense and sign in, on the left hand side, everything is greyed out except for Home (where I get the "no content" message) and Feedback.  I cannot see my account settings or anything.  I assume this is because my account was still being set up/has been denied for the time being.  Perhaps I just needed more content, which I have now.  I will write another article, that will put me at 20.  Then I will ask for a review.

         No, I didn't mean that. I meant have you added the individual site URLs to your Adsense (not your article urls), rather than just hubpages.com? So that Adsense can check each one.
         
         But, okay, try again after 20. Hope it works.

               You go to the Sites tab on your Adsense account and then on Add Site. You may not be able to access it right now.
