I congratulate Rev. Warnock in his defeat of his opponent Sen.Loeffler. And we counted all the votes, right?

While the Purdue and Ossoff race is not over, it appears that Mr. Ossoff has a distinct advantage in his obtaining and maintaining his lead over his GOP opponent.

It will be priceless to see that smug look wiped off from McConnell's face, now that he will no longer be Senate Majority Leader and relegated to the "back of the shelf"

This will make the Republicans look all the more ridiculous in their claims of voter fraud at the ceremony planned today with Pence as the MC.

This will be the second time within one week that I have just cause to "break out the bubbly".

We welcome Georgia into the family of "blue states". Georgia is on the move, if only it were not as cold there...… Compared to that energy and excitement, Florida is a backwash. This is very much an mirror image of what happened in Colorado a few years ago and will happen in Texas within this decade, I believe.

And you know what? You can thank that "stable genius" of yours, who in his brilliance has sown seeds of confusion with Republicans in Georgia, enough to allow for the victory of two Senate Democrats in a traditionally "Red State".

I can't wait to see the "blow back"

Hope that your today will be as pleasant.

As I said weeks ago, this was a done deal.

Of course, if there were any doubts, they should have been doused when the Republicans decided to squash the $2,000 relief effort put in front of them.

Well, Ken, the Senate Majority Leader, Machiavelli Mitch, may have well played a role in the GOP defeat in Georgia with his stingy attitude.

As these races were so close, a little extra jingle in a few more pockets may well have made the difference.....

Penny wise and Pound foolish? Mitch just screwed himself out of a job..

Congrats to the Dems:  An opportunity to now heal the wounds between the USA and the rest of the ‘free’ world.

Hi, Arthur, always nice to hear how all this drama is playing out "across the pond". The events over the last day has been historical in nature, this insolent rabble that dared to assault the Capital building in Washington is a first. The capital has not been assaulted in this way since 1814.

America has had a bout of distemper but now that we are to excise the boil hopefully we will be as right as rain. I thank our allies for their patience through the "Reign of Terror" knowing that it is to end in the next few days.

I worry about Trump in his acknowledgement of failure and the bad fortunes of the Republican Party, that he may resort to a scorched earth strategy for the remaining days left. Trump is as mad as a hatter.

Hope that you have a prosperous New Year!

We watched the Drama playout live on TV; quite naturally broadcasted on all British TV News Channels as it was happening.  But it came as no surprise to us as Trump, in typical narcissist fashion, has been pushing his hardened supporters towards violence ever since his election defeat.  It’s a good job that he hasn’t been able to control the military to do his own bidding.

Great IB, it was like throwing a bowling ball that appeared to going to the channel but sharply hooks to the left to move right into the "pocket" for a strike.

Yes, if there were no pandemic, but maybe we can do a delayed party in 2021. :-) You are welcome to visit us in Oregon any time!

There should be no surprise, this was automatic.

They cannot make the massive changes to come to the country, economically far more than socially, without a Majority throughout.

Agenda 2030, The Great Reset, The Global Compact on Migration, The Paris Accord Agreements, Digital Currency, it all will be fast tracked in the next two years... before another election can threaten to upset the balance.

I wonder why "they" didn't make it "automatic" in November? Seems like a lotta extra work for nothing....

    Karma.

Mike Pence will soon be smacked back in the face with the karma he created these last four years.

Good Christian boy that he is. big_smile

    Goodbye, Mike!
