No Payment issued for this month

   Hello Everyone.
   
   I hope you had a very happy Thanksgiving yesterday.
   
   I have a question:
   
   I have 24+ from October and 46+ from this month so far, but no payment was issued.
   I thought adding up these two figures would trigger a payment, since together they surpass the 50 minimum threshold.
   
   At least that's my understanding. Has this happened to anybody else?

      We haven't been paid yet. There's a delay.
      
      However,  you would need a minimum of $50 in your account at the 31st October to get paid this month.

      You will get it in December because HP pays the following month. If you had the earnings in  September and October you would have received it this month.

      Please visit the FAQ for an explanation of how the HubPages Ad and Amazon earnings are added to your unpaid balance. Payments are made around the 28th or after. Most of the time, payments are made on the 28th, but sometimes it takes a few extra days. This is how it has always been. Nothing has changed.

   I squeaked over the payout threshold for October by 44 cents. Earnings were $50.44. But no payment yet. I wonder why.

      I think you should have got it by now, Rupert.
      
      I had a late email notification but the actual PayPal payment(s) were at the same time today as others have indicated.
      
      I think we're all waiting for the month when we don't qualify for a payment, which is coming soon. If previous years are anything to go by, payment rates will drop dramatically in January, regardless of other factors.

   I've checked my PayPall account - no deposit. I've contact the team - no reply. I'm $6 short of $50 for November with 10 hours left, so there'll be no coffee money in December.

      PayPal sent me an email today letting me know that my $52.49 (holy shit, I'm rich!) payment from The Arena Platform, Inc. was sitting in my account waiting for me to accept the money, which I did.

   I received my payment today! Thanks, everyone! I'm wondering if Arena might switch payday to the 30th?
   
   Also, I've noticed that my article views have increased from October to November—has anyone else experienced this? I’m hopeful this trend will continue!

         My report for October shows 24+. I checked Amazon earnings, and there's $0.00.
         So, I'm wondering if the pay cut was actually on November 28th; that would make more sense. But that would be an odd day for a pay cut, wouldn't it?

            The earnings cut-off is always the last day of the month. Payday is always the 28th, except when it's delayed.
            
            It's not the report for October - that will show September's earnings. It's November that shows Oct 1 - Oct 31.

               Bev's correct on all fronts.
               
               However, there is a complication in that while Hub Ads pay out ONE month afterward, with Amazon it's TWO months.
               
               It's therefore less straightforward to immediately know if you've reached payout for that month when Amazon is involved.
               
               It's not until four or five days into the potential payment month that the earnings stats update. These give you the definitive figures for payment that month and let you know if you'll get paid.
               
               As I said, for payments, the Hub Ads figure is drawn from the month before and the Amazon one is from two months before.
               
               When there's no Amazon involved, it's easier.
               
               And yes, as Bev says, a "month" for payment assessment purposes corresponds with a full calendar month (no 28th cut-off).
