It seems like female hubbers get more followers than males.

    Am I crazy?

Has anyone else noticed this? If so, why is this?

Do males automatically follow females when they find them attractive, or what?

Nah - some of the guys have hundreds of followers.

I think it's mostly about good writing at the end of the day and perhaps a bit of personalities that click or not. You're not going to want to follow someone's crap writing just 'cos you like their avatar?

I fan based on the writing.

I agree, its got to be about the hubs themselves coz you don't need to become a follower to stare at an avatar!

I have not gone and read anything but I must say you have been a member for 4 days, not long really. You will start to build up those fans er followers just keep writing and having fun on the site. In 6 months if you still do not have many followers then maybe you could worry about it wink

Nooo.. that's not what I meant. LOL

You do only have 2 hubs and 7 forum posts - people might have not found your stuff yet, that's all. smile

      Yeah.

I guess I should be optimistic and patient.

I'm fond of forums, so I should be posting frequently.

It's a scientific fact males will follow attractive females even on things like hubs I even find myself doing it sometimes, but it's also a fact that female do the same.

It's just nature! You find someone attractive because they look healthy and you presume they'll give you healthy offspring!

I find myself following girls also sometimes.

Girls have it easy. It's not fair.

Maybe the next time I sign up to a site I should pretend to be a girl?

I think it is a pheromone thing. Um, well that don't work here too well, but it is closely related to the brain and penis.

In my experience the number of followers depends on the quality of your hubs and the topics you write about and not on whether you are male or female.

    Survey says:

Women under the age of thirty and undressed get the most.

Women from thirty to fifty depends on several factors.(send me a picture of you before and after dressed and I'll do a more complete evaluation)

Women over fifty must keep their clothes on and bake great cookies to perform anywhere near the under thirties undressed.

Men under thirty with liberal views shouldn't talk period!( the same as blonde females of any age)

Men that are liberal, gay, pacifists and have ponytails over thirty should pretend their hurt and get the sympathy views.

Men over fifty with liberal views need to quit writting and go find a life or a support group.

    Conservative men rule, period.

    Have a nice day.smile
