Is it just me?  When you choose preview, you can see how the post will look.  But, when you submit, it comes back with a note saying you cannot post since there was no information entered (or to that effect).  You lose the info that you key in...  Can this be corrected?  Thanks.

There may be some kind of glitch tonight. I have been working on a hub for a few hours now.
Each time I would hit "Done Editing" it would lock-up. After waiting 15 minutes one time, I lost 1/2 of the work I had added to the hub. I went back 2 more times and the last time it locked-up...I opened another tab in browser and went to the hub and after I saw my work done, I went back and closed the tab with the page that was "loading." Weird, but finally got an hours work done in 3 1/2 hours due to glitches.

UGH!  Tis frustrating!!!  That's terrible Michael!!!  You must be sooo frustrated, because I know I would be.

This glitch has been happening since they changed the view from chrono to threaded as the standard.  I thought this would have been corrected by now, but how would they know if no one said anything?? lol  Guess I'm the bearer of glitchy ditchy news!  lol

It was very frustrating. But, it helps to develop patience I guess. lol Didn't feel patient at the time though. At least I got the work finished that I wanted done tonight.

Do you write in a text editor, such as Word?  It's much safer in the sense that you won't lose your work when creating a new hub.  Also, it allows you to check for spelling quickly, add links and so on.  The bonus:  you have a copy on your hard drive.

Patience.  We all can use more of it!  big_smile

I always use Word. That is how I was able to re-paste what I needed when I went back. The problem was the "loading" never ending glitch. lol Would finally have to close page and re-open and start over again.

I had that problem before too.  Especially with photos.  I can't remember who advised me, but told me that the size of the clip you paste or upload affects the loading.  The smaller the byte size, the greater the chance of successful loading without it gliching.  I've been following this since, and haven't encountered this glich again.

firefox is a great browser, I haven't had hardly any problems with it at all. I think some of the problems people have here may be browser related more often than not.

if you ever want to make the switch, just google mozilla firefox.
big_smile  they're very good about updating also and have lots of ways to customize. it's fast and that probably accounts for less glitches with loading pages, etc.
