I am wondering if anyone else has this problem and if it is a site problem or a problem on my end.

    Hi SirDent,
Usually this problem caused in the site problem or in the hub servers, but sometimes it can be caused also by the internet connection from your site to the servers.

    Cheers,
    Hery

    Hi SirDent:

This isn't a site-wide issue.  Try holding the shift key while hitting refresh and see if that doesn't clear it up.

Holding shift key and refreshing doesn't help. I even tried holding down ctrl and refreshing the page and it still doesn;t work. Trying to backtrack what I did today on here.

Here's what I did. Earlier today I edited my profile and set the new editor as my editor. When I just went to my profile and changed it back to the old one, the comments section on hubs loads right now.

      Hi SirDent,

Which browser were you using?  Was it Internet Explorer?

Also, were you unable to post comments to all hubs or was it a specific hub where you had a problem?

      Thanks,

      -Larry

It was all hubs yesterday. The day I posted the first time I wasn;t able to edit my hub either. I take it that at that time the new editor was being put in place, but not sure about that. As long as I use editor 2, I am able to post comments.

I use IE7 browser. Firefox doesn't work for me at the moment for some unknown reason. Google Chrome is a joke. I am thinking of trying opera maybe, but know very little about it.

    Hi SirDent,

I wanted to let you know that I tried to submit comments using IE6 and IE7 and was able to do it in all cases.

Are you still having the problem?

    Thanks,

    -Larry

No problems at the moment, but I am still using the old editor. I could switch to the new one then check and see how it goes ot see if that;s what's causing the problem.

Everything is working fine at the moment. Possibly could have just been a glitch on my end or IE7 even at the time.

It is happening again, but so far only on one hub. http://hubpages.com/hub/stumprfrwc

    Not sure what's causing it.

It must be something to do with the script of the page and my computer I would think. Not really sure but I can comment on other hubs.

    SirDent;

Mark told me you were having a problem with the RFRWC hub. It is almost 300 posts, now. I tried to see if I could hide posts to make it easier to access. Dialup would cause a problem loading perhaps. However, it gave me options only to eliminate the most recent comments, it seems. I have not done that before, so maybe I am reading it wrong. I did not want to take off the most recent comments as that is the discussion at this time.

I hope you have it worked out.

    bobgnote:

The "reorder" button is for reordering the capsules on your page, after you have dragged and dropped them into the order you would like.  It sounds like what you're trying to do is reformat your text, so hitting the "reorder" button will do nothing.  What you need to do is highlight the text in your capsules and set the font to "paragraph" instead of "preformatted," then check that there are no extra line breaks and that everything looks good on the preview page, before publishing.

The wording of your post was somewhat confusing, so I'm not sure whether or not that answeres your question.  Internet Explorer and Firefox are browsers.  HubPages is a site.

I switched back again to the old editor and am able to post comments on all hubs again. Funny how just the one woudln't let me earlier.

I think bob needs to reformat his text when he pastes it in the capsule. What I found that works for me best is format heading 3 then format again to paragraph. Only takes a few seconds to do and makes the text perfect.
