I mix together miracle whip and dijon honey mustard as a sauce on battered fish. It is very tasty.  But I do also like tartar sauce and malt vinegar.

Tartar on all fish, otherwise I wouldn't be able to eat it.

some fish, like halibut, need a creamy sort of dressing, so i will have salad with ranch dressing on the same plate. a little of the dressing gets on the fish and it tastes nice. but i can't stand tartar sauce because when i was a kid we had fish and tartar sauce at lunch and i had a mouthful of it and this boy told me the pickle chips in it were boogers, so now i can't even look at it. and i don't like mayonnaise so that doesn't leave much in the creamy category. yikes
