I was wondering if there is anyway for blogspot/blogger owners to see that I visited their blog, when I've been logged in under my account. Example, if I visit blog A, will the blog A owner be able to see that someone owning blogs B & C(my blogs) visited their blog? Will my e-mail address or username show? One of my profs has a blog for assignments and I don't want him to know that I visited his blog as I have been starting up niche blogs that might make him think I'm strange. (why would I write about pink kitchen accessories haha)

well, I've not been able to find out who visits mine, only their country of residence through google analytics, but then again I profess to not being an expert on these matters.

People will only know you have visited a Blogger blog if you subscribe to the blog.

You can do it by adding widget live traffic feed. Check how to do it http://davidjuly.cz.cc/how-to-put-feedj … -com-blog/

Yeah, I have been thinking about this since I saw your post.  I think you have to give permission in some sort of way for them to know.  smile

there are many types of website traffic analyzers that are available for free, and if these are installed by adding a asmall code in your blog , it will appear as a small icon and will track the logs and provide detailed information on the ip address and location and internet provider.

Installing a Feedjit live traffic feed widget will help any blogspot blogger know his source of traffic, with regards to IP address & which country apart from knowing what was searched for to arrive there, what platform is being used, & how long you stayed on that site. Try adding this to your own blog and check out what all you can see of your visitors, and you will be amazed. If your prof has been using such a widget, most likely he will know of your visits, provided he knows your IP address. I have been using this for the past 4 years.
