      Already being discussed here:

      And you should get rid of your link because the Mods don't want graphic content to be posted.

        Thanks. I think everyone should watch the video. It was played on CBS News. This isn't a kindergarten forum. Or is it?

          No problem. I think people should know about it too, just because the government hid this away from the people.

            Yeah, I saw that, and I think it was a mistake for them to do that.

    This is what happens when you send a soldier to do a policemans job.

    There is no arrest, no trial, no court of appeals.  This is what war is.  Martial actions based on warfare.

    It is kind of like catching a fly with a sledge hammer.  Wrong tool for the job.

      But effective!

        Effective if you wish to create further enemies and greater misunderstanding.

    War is Bad.

    Civilians do not choose war.
    Soldiers do not choose war.

    Leaders of Countries choose war... because war is profitable for the puppet masters.

    Soldiers are in a rock and a hard place.  They do not know who their real enemies are... they are told not to fire when fired upon, then they are put in situations where they have to make decisions of life and death.

    Both sides give weapons to "kids"  18-25 year olds... and give them the power of life and death.  A responsibility most of them really don't want.

    It's a no win situation.

    Bad things happen in war.  Innocent people's lives are destroyed, soldiers lives are destroyed.

    So the solution is to stop war... has that ever happened in the recorded history of Mankind?

    Bush was a war monger for profit.  And so is Obama.  Obama promised to stop the war in Afghanistan and all he has done is escalate it.

    Bush = Bad
    Obama = Bad

    The real question is why do we keep getting spoon fed lies about 911 being the reason we are in Afghanistan?  The taliban have been outnumbered 12-1 for more than a year.

    Conclusion:  War is bad, bad things happen, and nothing we can do about it as people who are not pulling the strings.

      Had Bush not gone into Afghanistan after 9/11 he would have been called a wuss, after going in he is called a tyrant. That's the real no-win!

        I think we were totally justified in going into Afghanistan after 911.  An attack on the US was made and there is no doubt a retaliatory action needed to take place.  After that had been accomplished we should have left.

        Where it went wrong is when we abandoned the seeking out and destroying the perpetrators when we had them and go on a personal foray into Iraq under a trumped up cause.  It wreaked of conquest and recieved very little support from anyone.

        Through out the whole process everyone knew the underlying thread of who would control the oil.  Our intent was held as very suspicious by many.

      I'm confused about the whole Afghanistan thing too. My country Canada agreed to stay til 2011. In 2011 our troops pull out and new troops go in to rebuild the country and work as humanitarian aid workers.

      Obama government is putting up a huge fight over this. They don't want humanitarian aid in Afghanistan, they want combat soldiers.

      Odd how all the countries with a good oil supply want out and the one without wants to keep going. Big red flag.

    A UFO just landed in my backyard.  Give me 10 minutes and I'll post the video on YouTube.  Bet 10,000 people believe it by 5:00 this evening.

      I would say that your offering would have a lot of validation if this was the only evidence.  Unfortunately there is corroborating evidence that is even backed up by returning veterans to support this kind of thing.
