Personally, I have had Xbox consoles all the way back to the original.  I have an opinion about the Xbox One but I am curious to hear what other people think of the console.  So, what are your thoughts about the Xbox One?

If you are referring to the external design of the console itself then I agree.  The console is huge.  I don't so much care about how it looks.  It feels like they rushed the console to me.  The interface seems bare bones compared even to the 360.

Xbox has always tried to appeal to the insufferable "bro" gamers, and I don't want any part of that.

No, missing out on Generic FPS #2843 as a console exclusive doesn't sadden me one bit.

But then again, what do I know? I'm just waiting for Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy XV to finally hit the PS4 so I can wait another year and buy the system when it's cheap.

In the meantime, I'm amusing myself with World of Warcraft and Team Fortress 2 on PC, Pokemon Y on the 3DS, and Persona 4 Golden on the PSVita.

I got one a couple of months back after saving like mad, I quite like it, Hate the design but I didnt pay lots of money to sit and stare at it. I would say if my gaming friends were not buying one too then I may have gone for the Playstation 4 but I made a choice and I stick by it, I have had some great nights playing Fifa and Ghosts so far and am looking forward to getting Watchdogs in a week or two and also THE Crew at the end of the year. E3 this year will give us more of an insight into how the xbox one is going to improve.

Ive had an xbox 1 now for nearly 3 months but after seeing what the PlayStation can and will do with project morpheus and the technical abilities of the machine , I really hope the recent developments from microsoft like dropping the price brings more people on. I had an xbox 360 and a ps2 before that and tbh I dont feel like xbox one has truly gone next gen (yet) compared to the ps4. Hopefully watch dogs changes this , hopefully e3 shows us some aces up their sleeve. Because even though we are very early in the dev cycle, what im seeing so far...... NOT IMPRESSED.

As i enjoy PC gaming the most i wont take sides, the Xbox One isn't all that bad, least the control feels more real and with the new updates you wont have to check your Xbox one every 24 hours for anything that shouldn't be there, so that's a plus as well, but if your not into there exclusive games and want more power all around then even i would rather get the PlayStation 4.

I've had an XBone for a while now, and I gotta say BF4 is gorgeous on it. I dislike the Windows 8 appearance though, and I'd much rather prefer the 360's home button menu.
