Hypnosis is a very powerful way to get free from addictions, install new resourceful attitudes and transform yourself. In hypnosis you reach into a relaxed state of mind and give positive suggestions to yourself. They will reach into your subconscious mind and change will occur effortlessly. Here I am presenting most easy way to hypnosis yourself and program your mind for better result and improvement.

Hypnosis is not something mysterious rather it is very easy technique. You can learn it yourself safely. You can also record positive suggestions in your own voice and play it on a player. use headphones for better results, then your mind will not get distract.

First of all read the instructions carefully. Find a silent place where nobody will disturb you and where there are no distractions. Sit comfortably or lie down.

How to relax your body and mind easily

Remember your body and mind ALWAY obey your suggestions. You can relax your body and mind just by giving suggestions.

Now as you lie down or seat in the chair with eyes closed, look inside. Focus your attention on your toes and suggest them to relax. Simply say "my toes are getting relaxed now" ..."my toes are..." If you repeat this thought 4-5 times your toes will get relax. Now come upward and relax your feet the same way, "my feet are getting relax". Then "my calves are getting relax", "my thighs are getting relax" then stomach, chest, shoulders, arms, neck, face and head. Then repeat, "my whole body is totally relaxed now"

You will notice that your body is totally relaxed. Now suggest that "my breathing is getting relaxed". Repeat this thought for few times and your breathing will also get relaxed.

After that give suggestions that "my mind is getting relax, my mind is..."

Then tell yourself that I'm going to countdown from 10 to 1 and at each count I will go deeper and deeper. 10...9...going deeper and deeper,..8....7, deeper and deeper...6.....5....4..deeper and deeper...3....2...1 "I'm totally relax now."

After getting totally relax you can give some positive suggestions to yourself and you will see your behavior transform in few days or weeks easily and effortlessly. Because the suggestions reach directly to your subconscious mind.

Positive suggestions in trance

Positive suggestions are also known as affirmations. You just repeat affirmations at a relaxed state of mind to improve your life and get the desired results quickly. For example instead of, "I'm getting less fearful and tense" say "I'm getting confident and relax"

See and enjoy the feeling of your ideal body weight. See yourself prosperous, healthy and confident. If you use affirmations and visualization in combination then you will get results very quickly.

Finishing the trance work

After completing your trance work say to yourself that I'm going to count from 1 to 5 and at the count of 5 I'll be wide awake felling wonderful and refresh. 1..coming back, 2…,3…getting more alert…4,…5 awake and refreshed, feeling wonderful.
