What is holding you back in your life?
What is holding you back in your life? Why you feel stuck? Have you ever think about it? Do you take any action? Life comes only once. Time is valuable. One should make it focused and you must have a clear picture in your mind of what exactly you want to do and what you don't want to do in your life. If you don't have clear picture in your mind then there will be no proper direction in life and you will go nowhere. Most of the time our life waste in handling negative people in our relationship, poor health, lack of education, bad habits etc. So everyone must know what is blocking us in our life. Once we know the barriers we can take action to remove these barriers. Many times these barriers are very small but in long run our losses are great. A simple habit of smoking can reduce our stamina and if you try again and again to quit smoking without success then it may also affect our will power. You may think that if I can not do a simple thing such as to quit smoking then how can I do big things? If you are underweight or over weight it will affect your performance and self image. I know a girl who is having beautiful face but she is overweight. Because of her weight nobody is ready to marry with her. She can reduce her weight within 3 to 4 months but she is not taking action. This small action of exercising regularly can bring her back into better shape. But now she has lost her confidence. Once you lost your confidence then start a vicious circle. Then problems become more complicated. So you must take action quickly.
First thing know what is blocking you and second thing take action quickly. I'm giving a list of few things which is very common list of problems which generally hold back most of the people in life.
- Negative thinking: Our own negative thinking is more harmful to us then anything. Uncionciously we are entertaining negativity in our mind. Be aware and stop immediately. It affects our body and peace of mind.
- Unhealthy physical condition: Are you overweight or underweight, then work on it. Don't delay. You are missing much of life. Daily workout has no excuse. You must exercise regularly. Make this rule. Attractive physic will automatically attract success and attractive people around you. Use affirmations to improve your health.If you are already healthy than go for 6 pack abs. Make your body lean and muscular. You can use hypnosis to design your body as perfect as you wish.
- Debt: Save money, don't buy stuff you don't need. Plan your life. Spend money wisely.
- Inaction: Take action, seize the opportunity, don't waste time in too much thinking and analysis
- Negative people: Don't allow negative people around you. They suck your energy and they affect deeply the way you think. Beware of people who irritate you and who bring you down. Kick out dishonest friends and lovers from your life.
- Regret: Don't regret over small things, move on. Many people waste their life thinking about failures and bad relationships. There are many options.
- Scattered mind: Don't let your mind wander like a monkey. Focus your energies. Set goals and move in the direction of you goals.
- Vulgar language: Don't use vulgar, hurtful, mean language. Language you use shows your personality and where you stand in your life. It shows your level of thinking and intelligence.
- Weak body language: Work on your posters and gestures. It is very important aspect. Even a physically weak person can project himself as a strong and confident man just by using his body language and voice tone wisely.
- Weak self image: You are what your self image. So work on your self image consistently.
- Bad habits: Overcome your psychological and physical need for smoking, drinking.
- Poverty: You can overcome poverty with your beliefs and power of mind. Believe in yourself and have faith. Imagine yourself as a rich man, affirm that you are getting rich, wealthy and prosperous.
