18 years ago I had an operation with a cesarean incision. My muscles looked normal for a time, until I had my son 12 1/2 yrs ago. I was going to a gym to work out but it's hard. I can tone up the abdominal muscles above the incision but the muscles under the incision down to my pelvis has gone flabby. I look gross and it is really depressing. Does anyone know what I can do to work those lazy muscles?
