What diet has helped you reach your goal weight and keep the weight off?


I only want to know if the way you lost weight worked to keep it off for at least 5 years after you dieted.

    You are right - diets don't work, or they do for the minority (5%). Instead, people need to change the way they relate to food. Have you ever had a food problem? (e.g. overeating, food addiction, etc.)?
