   Cancer is caused by toxins. Cancer is caused by the toxins in the blood stream which causes mutation of the blood cells and organs. This is as a result of the bad food choices we make.Including exposing food to micro wave radiation. If we learn to detoxify frequently by taken fruits like carrots,limes which are natural detoxifiers, anti-oxidant tea ,aloe vera and other super herbs that could go a long way in preventing cancer. The anti oxidant also prevent other diseases like diabetes.Hope these few tips will help you having a good healthy long lasting life style.

   First of all, I'm not a biologist or a scientists, so this explanation may be vague in front of an academic one.
   
   Cancer is not that quite simple. Cell mutation is not only caused by toxins, and by general, we live through miniature cases of cancer each and every day. The difference is that a strong immune system filters cancerous cells just like it defeats bacteria and the like, and such these cancerous growths cannot mature into actual problems.
   
   With that in mind, you may reduce the chance of cell mutation occurring, but you'll never be able to diminish it. At the same time, an unfamiliar choice of meals, lack of exposure to sunlight and lessened exercise may damage your immune system leading to the same outcome: risk of cancer.
   
   It's all about the golden mean, I think. Live a healthy life where you are conscious about your food, but where you also refuse to limit it to an extent that's damaging to your body.

      I know vegans who have got cancer and  it's not possible to do all this unless you are in an artificial environment where air is purified and you are isolated from the rest of society.

   Cancer can be caused by substances that damage cells, which is why you shouldn't smoke cigarettes or use chewing tobacco or drink alcohol to excess.
   It can be caused by diseases that mutate the cells, which is why the Hepatitis C vaccine was called a cancer cure - it eliminated nearly all Hepatitis C pediatric infections that caused most pediatric liver cancer cases. Ditto for the HPV vaccine. UV exposure damaging the skin and increasing the risk of skin cancer is another example of this.
   The other major cause of cancer is the malfunction of cells (senescence) as they divide, divide, divide over time. You get copying errors. The cells have to malfunction so that they divide outside of the normal routine to replace dead cells AND lose the self-destruct mechanism for when they've mutated past their controls. Cancer occurs when both of these things happen - it grows on its own and doesn't die when it mutated past the constraint. This can't be cured by anti-oxidants, but anti-oxidants are supposed to improve the ability of cells not to face these mutations.
