Well, exercise is beneficial, but it gradually starts becoming less beneficial beyond a certain point. Just like having a glass of wine every night can be beneficial, but beyond a certain point, the more you drink, the less beneficial it is.
I would say there is no exact "point". Professional athletes for example pretty much nothing else all day long. However for a normal person, it starts being too much when it 1) affects your health (i.e. becoming more injury-prone, physical exhaustion, etc.) or 2) it adversely affects other areas of your life (i.e. interferes with relationships, etc.).
Hope that helps!
When the exercise exceeds its regular normal length of time, it might be said over exercise.
exercise become too much exercise as we know exercise is a action for the body ,mind and soul to generate vigorate the body system so that we have a good health but when we involve too many exercise to the extend we feel exosted ,lethargy and tired and even lead to fatal. That why there must be well balanced exercise according to body ability depends on age factor, how frequent ,duration and type of activity suits individual. There must be gradual improvement no strenous exercise which can agravate the body system which gives adverse effects to our body
