Why do I get headaches everyday?
I have had headaches just about everyday for the past 2 years and nobody knows why.
If you have headaches everyday and 'NOBODY' can tell you why, then the problem probably must have come from you or what you are doing ignorantly.
Check your life and sincerely screen yourself.
Hm....please analyse your daily habits:
sleep, diet (healthy or unhealthy), toxins you ingest, level of stress, time spent on PC and in the front of TV, daily exposure to noise ....Do you spend enough of time in outdoor activities (day light and fresh air is essential for life without headaches)?...
If anything of above mentioned is not in healthy range, you might have reason and key how to cure your problem.
I had that problem when they first came out with nutrisweet...I began drinking diet pepsi as it had very little difference in taste to regular pepsi. It turned out that I am allergic to aspertine (sp?) which is the sweetener in nutrisweet. This allergy can be life threatening. Thank God my friend read an article in the paper about the side affects and told me. I quit the diet pepsi and no more headaches.
I also am prone to allergy headaches. Benedryl helps with these.
Blood pressure can also cause headaches.
I hope this helps...
Peace and God Bless...
i puy mine down to the kids constant fighting , if you dont wear glasses get you eyes tested, im told this all the time you'r not getting any younger sssssssssssssssssso unfair
There could be a number of reasons for getting headaches. It could be that your pillow is not supporting your head properly and your neck gets pinched, and as a result you end up with a headache. It could be that you aren't drinking enough water and you are dehydrated. It's possible that you have some allergic reactions to something in your environment or foods that you consume. The best way to figure this out is to start eliminating things one at a time. Each day either eliminate something you are eating or add in something new like changing your pillow or drinking more water and see if you still have a headache in the morning. Sooner or later you will be able to figure it out.
I think the number one cause of a headache is a member of the opposite sex lol.
Problem is within you. Google up what is Tapping that might help you. I got rid of insomnia with this. Hope it can help you too
Diet is often over-looked when searching for culprits of headaches. Everyone usually utilizes some form of relaxation methods or modalities thinking the cause is because of stress. Or, go to the chiropractor thinking that they may need an adjustment. Or take an aspirin because they think they are aspirin-deficient!
No one wants to change their diet ..... let's face it..... our lives are based around food (the not-so-good-for-you kind of food, for that matter). It's easier to pop that pill then it is to change the way we eat and sustain it. I was researching migraines for a project and found out that hormone imbalances play a major role in headaches. A good diet plan would help to get this in check.
The best diet that I can think of that is also the most nutritious is a raw vegan diet. Now, you don't have to be 100% raw to see major and positive changes: 70 - 85% raw will make a big difference. I know that headaches can be very debilitating and if it took eating a ton of salads, raw fruits, green or fruit smoothies, etc., for a few weeks, I would definitely give it a shot. It's helped me out tremendously with a few ailments for which I suffered!!
Maybe you need to drink more water. You may be dehydrated, that usually leads to a headache. I think the preferred serving of water is 64oz. a day. If you try this it could help your headaches go away.
hnm, the first advice should be: visit your doctor.
But withing this 2 years , I think you already did it.
OK, now its time to visit a psychiatrist then-because maybe it is a physiological problem , not a physical prob.
And the other thing you can do- Yoga and Meditation. You can also try these things.
