   Mom called me tonight and said, "The doctor says your sister will live to be an old woman."
   
   After a year of her dealing with the traumas of rectal cancer, I'm praying that's true. Good news is almost too scary to believe.

      I am a Cancer survivor myself, so you have to know that I understand your feelings about this.  All any of us can do is pray a lot and hope for the best.  These are my gifts to you for your sister...who is now my sister as well.

         So happy for you, for your sister, your families and friends.  Let us face it, news of cancer came, and cancer gone touches many many people around the sufferer.
         
         Good news like that touches even more people.  We all feel like laughing, dancing, crying and giving thanks to the Supreme Being that I for one, believe watches over us.
         
         Hold on to that hope.  You have nothing to lose and much to gain.
         
         Great news indeed and THANKS so much for sharing with us.

   God is good all the time, All the time God is good!
   Sometimes when you are hanging by a string and you ask what to do?  He says let go. You have to trust He will be there to catch you. God will come when you call. The enemy will try to discourage you. But you will know God in your spirit and He will strengthen you. Remember God is good all the time! The enemy is a liar all the time even when it sounds good. God will reveal himself (when you call) in a still small voice - in your quiet time. He is moved by faith and faith alone. He hurts when you hurt, and loves you more than you will ever know. He will do abundantly above all that we ask or think. He wants you to know how much He loves you! Don't be fooled by the things of the world. Be consumed with the love of God!

   Mom just called again and I said, "Was I insane, or did the Dr. really say she'd be okay?"
   
   "Yep he says she's going to get through it fine."
   
   My heart is fluttering.
