huh, pretty simple. eat high calorie food. Don't perform exercises that burn more calories. Sleep well.
eat lots of protien and carbohydrates. buy powdered malt in the grocery store [where you find chocolate milk mixes-or by the ice cream toppings and cones] mix it double or triple the directions to 8 oz glass of WHOLE milk and drink 3-6 glasses a day- you'll be tipping the scales upward in a week!
read all hubs on weight loose and do just opposite what they said .....you will gain the weight.....Always be happy for the health and smile on your face......................is another key to get healthy......
Do everything you can to expand your stomach capacity. After a few days you'll be able to fit way more food in without feeling full at all.
