    Take care of your health.  Stop smoking.  Don't abuse your body or bones.  Your age according to your birth may be less, but your body or bones age is higher because of the abuses you do to your body and bones everyday.

    don't smoke, live vegan, don't allow other people to rent free space in your head, live either celibately or monogomously, don't procreate, stay in your own country (unless it's a war zone), make friends with a cat, drink at least 2 cups of coffee a day, WALK don't drive and swim as often as possible.

    1. Good & Healthy Living Habits.
    2. Regular Exercise (Freehand and Yoga)
    3. No Junk Food.
    4. Drink Lots of water and take proper sleep.
    5. Finally - Be COOL!

    Don't smoke. Take a lot of good fruit and vegetables in your diet.  Take less red meat. 

    Remove stress from your live. Exercise frequently, at least go for a 30 minutes walk few times per week.

    Check your blood pressure & sugar level at least once for every 2 - 3 years if you are more than 40 years.

    Have good social life with your family and friends.

    Finally, pray to have a productive long life.

    Speak with your doctor or medical advisor on this. Keep your weight down. exercise daily, take walks, drink enough water.

    Take good care of your teeth, so you don't need dentures when you are older. See your dentist 2x yearly.

    Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. 3 regular meals a day. Take a vitamin supplement as recommended by your doctor or dietitian for your personal needs.

    Use a good eye cream, skin cream, and hand cream. Wear sunblock if you are in the sun between 11 am and 3 pm. Avoid the sun during those hours if you can. Wear a hat, and sunblock clothing, if you need to.

    For your mental health, build a good support system of friends and family, relax as well as work hard, have constructive hobbies. Control your anger and sadness, and seek help if you need it. Spread joy. Smile.

    Stop worry about living longer
    Stop worrying about harming others
    Stop worrying about yourself
    Stop worrying this and that...
    If you stop worrying about everything, you will never die
    People die thousand times in their life worrying about silly wordly things....
    stop worrying but saying is easier than doing..
    I can advise others,
    Can I follow the same advise that I'm giving others?

    If you ate nothing but furits and veges . YOu would live to a ripe old age. Also do some juicing its good and gos right into your system without stopping for you to say go. You will feel a blast of energy that you will not believe. Try to stay away from sugar and a lot of milk products.

    There is no answer to this question, as we never know when we'll die.  You can exercise and eat right; this will create a healthier life while you're here.  But to ask for "insurance" to live longer is silly.  Car accidents, bombs, lunatics, diseases, any of these things are out of your control and could happen tomorrow.

    The important thing about living isn't to live longer, but to live fuller.  Live the best life you can, to its fullest, and you will be happier.

    Be love be peace be free. The rest will take care of itself. Just be it and you can live as long as you want to live upon the earth. For me personally I will live a long life as I watch LOVE PEACE FREE overtake human beings on the earth by one person at a time slowly and then multiply like rabbits once the momentum is reached and then no stopping it now as it steam roll all over the world. Thank you.
