What different types of diet programs or weight loss programs have people tried?
My wife and I are both doing the South Beach Diet and it's working very well. In the last few weeks I think she's lost eight pounds and I've lost at least five. The best part is I still get to eat lots of meat, eggs, and cheese!
I have my own plan which I use regularly
You can view my hub on it

Metabolic Research Center is a program that is designed for real life, long term weight loss. The program allows you to use real food you prepare at home, so there isnt any point of calorie counting, WHICH IS A BLESSING! People average 2-5 lbs a week....the 5 mostly coming from men (of course). Most women average 3 pounds a week. Its not to expensive, check it out.
After some experience in learning about diets and exercise regiments, I kind of created my own.
I did a "pseudo-atkins diet"
I didn't cut out carbs, I just cut out the bad ones.
I ate enough, but I didn't overeat.

I've recently started beating a path towards 6% body fat. I've always been fairly built and lean, but I wanted to really challenge myself. I've been eating a really strict low glycemic index diet, I've basically cut all bread, pasta and rice out of my diet. I still eat carbs in vegetable and bean form, so I haven't completely cut them out. I wrote about about the low glycemic index diet - http://hubpages.com/hub/Low-Glycemic-In … -The-Facts - and if you're interested I could give you some of the recipes I've found and created for my particular version.
I've also bought and read the Fat Burning Furnace and I'm going to give that a try when I can't get any more results from my current eating plan. I wrote a little review hub on that ( http://hubpages.com/hub/Does-Fat-Burning-Furnace-Work ), once I start doing it I'll add more to the review.
I just finished a hub on this new weight loss programs, check it out.

I've also tried Ostrich and Antelope which at the time I thought were CRAZY.I got the idea for this forum when I was watching I'm a Celebrity, Get...

When I first joined HubPages, everyone said "don't pay for anying, you can get everything you need to make money online for free".More recently, I've seen more and more experienced Hubbers recommending paid programs. Things like Market Samurai, Keyword Academy, backlinking servies,...

We've all got different bodies and different tastes... some women are most comfortable in lightweight bras with no wires, while others prefer something with more support. For the most part I can't stand underwire bras, and with my 32AA bust I've no reason to wear them regularly. I do like Wacoal's...
