    It's simple. You've got to have effective diet programme,  vigorous exercise, healthful lifestyle, and a strong determination.

    They are right. I would say it is a blend and balance of proper dieting and exercise..

    As a diabetic and former fatbelly, I know a balance of the right exercise and proper nutrition helped me and still is. You can take a look at a program by a nationally certified trainer and nutritionist. I found it very helpful. See my hub.
