A can of coca-cola and an aspirin work pretty well to get you going.

Nice tepid shower and when complete put a dab of cinnamon and vanilla oil on the inside of wrists and top of your hands.

A friend told me of a Chlorophyll concentrate called "CHOLORXYGEN". You can get it at whole food market or large health food stores. It boost energy levels and increases oxygenation and helps you maximize you lung function to top it off and it also helps build red blood cells. Just mix it with water and BAM you're good to go. If not a double dose and your really ready.

Coca Cola, red bull or any other related energy drinks. Taking B-12 vitamins is a great way to prevent yourself from getting tired during the day

Self hypnosis is phenomenal, putting yourself in this state for 15 mins makes you feel refreshed for up to 4 hours.

Vitamin C can give you an energy boost, try a glass of orange juice. Also, getting up and walking outside for a few minutes helps wake me up a bit. If that doesn't work there's always coffee : )
