i am confused as been in recovery from heroin for 12 years so understand opiate withdrawl but
i took one dose of 70mg of methadone 3 days ago to help kick a 2 year tramadol habit and nothing since and am not experiencing any withdrawl symptoms is that normal?
Yeah that's normal. You'll be fine unless you keep taking them. It takes time (not much time as you know) to build up a dependance.
