    Please help me in improving my memory.

    Don't know what is happening with me. I just keep forgetting things. I really want to improve my memory and I got some tips from

    I don't know if those tips are enough, so if you people have any more tips apart from them then please suggest me.

    I use tricks to help me remember things because my memory isn't as good as it used to be.  For example:  I always remember the correct spelling of the word "accommodate" because I associate accommodate with accommodations (a place to stay).  My accommodations have 2 cots (c) and 2 mattresses (m).

    These tricks don't have to make sense to anyone but you.  Sometimes I remember things just because my associations are so silly.

    My friend's husband's name is Kirby.  I could never remember it until I associated Kirby with a vacuum cleaner.  Now I just think, vacuum cleaner when I need his name and Kirby comes to mind.

    I heard selenium(vitamin) is good for strengthening the memory,also certain diets,I try to watch my intake on starches,and sweets.I also am a vegetarian because I found that meat(s) do not digest very well in humans bodies,I also found a lot of certain foods can be toxic......
