Cardiovascular exercises are the best for the heart...Some cardiovascular exercises are running,skiing,bike and walking aswell.Their are alot more.So you can know if a exercise is cardiovascular or not your heart beat has to be around 50-60%.Pressuring yourself over this limit does not help having a healthy heart.Only after exercising for 1-2 months can you climb to higher levels when your heart is use to it.
Absolutely!!! You should all the time. I think in experience that you should work your body and mind. It is healthy for you to do yoga, weights, running everyday or every other day.
