    The best way to lose weight properly is to follow a healthy, balanced diet with appropriate portions combined with any activity that you enjoy that gets your heart rate up and aids in burning calories.
    I have tried countless 'diet plans' and medications and miracle cures to no avail.  I finally gave up and decided to just be healthy, no calorie counting, watch the types of fat and carbs but still have them, watch how much I eat and get in some form of excersize.  I have been full, satisfied even, and have lost ten pounds in two weeks without actually trying to.

    Oh Ms. Frog, eat a healthy diet of fruits, veggies & small portions of red meat, chicken, pork, etc.  Drink that ungodly amount of 64 oz. of water a day smile  Walk everyday if you can.  Cut out sweets, but don't deprive yourself of them either.  Instead of three or four scoops of ice cream, I cut back to one or two & still get my ice cream fix!
