tea bags. steep them for a bit and then let them chill and squeeze the excess water out and rest them on your eyes. also spoons in the freezer that you then put under your eyes, and ive heard preperation H works, but i have never actually tried that.

    Hi there,
I have this same problem. Very often it's shadows created by the bone structure of your face and/ or dark veins running very close to your eye. A good creamy concealer such as Benefit's Erase Paste is helpful. Holistic remedies won't really work if either of these are the causes. Just remember, it is always more noticeable to you than to anyone else!

Try seeing if you have trouble absorbing a certain vitamin, and if you do not already take vitamins, try that.

Some people use cucumber and put on their eyes, and others use teabags. But, it doesn't always work, and it depends on the person's skin or state of the dark circles. It's more effective if you use eye creams. Here's a great website I found for selecting eye creams: http://eyecreamreviewer.com

Sleep is not only the reason behind dark circles there can be more than one reason for dark circles.
Check out my hub for detailed information on dark circles, reasons behind dark circles and how to remove them permanently.
