      I am sorry you are having issues yourself. Perhaps you should see a doctor. How old are you because from your photo you are not very old. This could become something very serious if left untreated. It is very bad when one as young as you has trouble performing. Perhaps it is congenital and there is nothing to be done though. Or perhaps you are a latent homosexual. Have you considered switching teams?

         yes, you judge 80 percent of my problem but I recovered myslef from this weakness.
