    How much weight can I lose using a treadmill?

    If I walk 30-60minutes, 5 days a week, on a treadmill at full incline… Can I lose 3lbs a week? I weight about 145lbs. Last year at this time I weighed 125lbs. So I gained 20lbs in a year! I started eating meat and was less active which is why I’m sure I gained it. I am young, only 22, and I already stopped eating meat again. I lose at least 10lbs from not eating meat, I don’t know why. I guess my body stores it as fat more then anything. I want to be 125lbs by July of this year. Is it possible!? I would like to lose 30lbs but I don’t want to push it. lol

    At "full incline" doesn't really make a difference. Just the added walking alone will help. The big thing is building your schedule, and planning what your going to eat. When you start a work out regiment your body will begin craving more food to replace the lost energy. So just having a set plan on what/when you are going to eat will help decrease the chance of you giving in to the temptation. I use to be over 400lbs and right now I'm a healthy 190lbs and at 6'5'' that's perfectly fit! I lost my weight in around 10 months. granted I'm a guy so it's a bit easier, but your goal is definitely doable. Best of luck!
