My husband suffers from this and has bi-weekly massages that truly seem to help. Stretching and excercise will definitely help. Even the occasional anti-inflamatory (nsaid) will help, but these will only be temporary. Be sure that you see a doctor for an MRI to find out the cause, that will at least let you know what is going on inside! Hope you feel better!
