Do you have enough sleep?
Is there any side effects if i take sleep pills every night?
I think there is side effect and you will get addict to it, you should rather try to have natural sleep.
I never get enough sleep. It seems like the older I get, the less sleep i am getting.
The body gets used to it. If you train yourself to sleep 4 hours/night, you'll get no fatigue after 4 hours sleep in a couple of weeks..
If you try 12hours/night, you'll be tired if you wake up after 11 hours...
I think there are bound to be side effects, although it may not show in certain people. Continuous taking of sleeping pills do not go well with the body. However, if the sleeping pills are made of herbs, then it may be a different story.
